What we collect. When you use Streak we collect your name, phone number, language preference, the cafes you join, your verified visit history and streaks, rewards you earn and redeem, and — if you enable notifications — a device push token. Cafe staff accounts additionally record which staff member verified each visit.

How we use it. To run your streaks and rewards, to let cafe staff verify your visits, to send you one-time login codes and streak notifications, and to show cafe owners aggregate loyalty analytics for their own cafe only.

Login codes. One-time login codes are delivered via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or SMS. Your phone number is shared with these providers solely to deliver the code.

What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not share your profile or visit history with anyone except the cafe you joined (which sees your first name, streak, and visit dates at their own cafe).

Retention & deletion. Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at privacy@streak.cafe and we will process the request within 30 days.

Compliance. We process personal data in accordance with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).
